The family crest of this English watercolor, "Townshend" consists of an oval shield separated in four quarters of light blue and white with six birds and six seashells. This is crowned by a stag and supported on both sides by an elk and a greyhound. Watercolor in hand-carved, gilded frame.

 

A ribbon on the lower part states: HAEC GENERI INCREMENTA FIDES A highly artistic and esthetic execution of heraldic history.
