Antique Pair Pennsylvania Plank Seat Chairs, 19th Century.
 
Matching pair of antique primitive handmade farmhouse plank bottom seat spindle back chairs. These classic country chairs date from the first half of the 19th century. They are hand crafted with a single plank seat and half spindle back with splayed legs. The primitive chairs are painted in sage green, showing a wonderful worn and great old surface patina with light scuffs and scratches.
Good antique condition. Spindle back slightly loose.
