Austria/France Art Nouveau silvered heavy bronze jewelry box casket, circa 1900 This is an important and exquisite Art Nouveau footed silvered bronze jewelry box. The ornate bronze floral design covers the four sides of the box. The top has a handle and a sculptured face of a woman surrounded by foliage. The bronze is emphasized by a leather backing. The interior is lined in lime green velvet.
