Orientalist Nuremberg Late 19th Century, Arab Lead Sculpture
 
Beautiful polychrome Nuremberg lead sculpture. Arab warrior seated on a camel, clad in robes and holding a rifle in his hands. This intricate casting is done in lead and polychrome cold painted in vibrant colors. It is a fine piece of animalier sculpture with great naturalism after Franz Bergman.
Good overall condition. Some small chips in the polychrome enamel.
