Rare original Columbian gold copper alloy Tairona Tumbaga effigy. This beautiful piece of jewelry from the 10th to 12th century Tairona culture, depicts an Andean Condor. It is crafted in very high quality in the lost wax technique with exceptionally fine details. This unique pendant exhibits the rich culture of Central American art.
The overall condition is very good with signs of minor verdigris.
