Vintage Slatted Barrel Back Hand Carved Chair
 
Wiener Werkstatt inspired, hand carved and hand shaved barrel chair. This creative chair is constructed in solid walnut. Vertical slats extend from the floor to the top forming the barrel’s horseshoe curve. The design is associated with the great furniture designer, Charles Rohlfs. Wax polish gives this rare find a beautiful, warm patina.
Condition is good. Various joints show evidence of regluing. Wear consistent with age and use.
